About the Journal

Telekontran: Jurnal Ilmiah Telekomunikasi, Kendali dan Elektronika Terapan (Scientific Journal of Telecommunications, Control, and Applied Electronics) is a national scientific journal published by the Department of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Computer Science, Universitas Komputer Indonesia. The journal publishes original research articles, theoretical studies, and applications in the fields of telecommunications, control systems, and applied electronics.

History

  • The journal was first published in 2013 (Vol. 1, No. 1).

  • Since its establishment, Telekontran has focused on topics such as signal and system electronics, digital signal processing, robotics systems, embedded systems, biomedical instrumentation, and image processing.

  • The peer-review process applies a double-blind system, ensuring the confidentiality of both authors and reviewers.

Achievements & Accreditation

  • Telekontran is accredited by the Indonesian Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology through the SINTA (Science and Technology Index) system, currently ranked SINTA 4.

  • The journal is also indexed in Garuda (Garba Rujukan Digital) and other national databases to ensure wider accessibility of its publications.

  • Articles published in Telekontran have been cited in various academic works, demonstrating its contribution to the scientific community.
