Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan Enterprise architecture guna membantu Project Management di CV. Aksata Creative Design sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan kemampuan perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan untuk merancang Enterprise architecture adalah Metode TOGAF ADM dan metode Critical Path Method sebagai kerangka kerja yang akan merancang Enterprise architecture untuk Project Management di CV. Aksata Creative Design. Penelitian ini hanya menggunakan enam fase dari sembilan fase Metode Pengembangan Arsitektur yang ada. Output dari fase awal adalah input ke fase selanjutnya fase Metode Pengembangan Architecture, dalam Architecture visi input menghasilkan struktur proses bisnis yang diusulkan. Dari analisis dan rekomendasi, tahap migration dan planning harus dipersiapkan dalam rangka menunjang Enterprise architecture untuk Project Management di CV. Aksata Creative Design. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah blueprint perancangan Enterprise architecture yang akan direkomendasikan melalui penelitian yang telah dilakukan dengan benar dan diharapkan dapat membantu meningkatkan proses bisnis menjadi lebih terorganisir sehingga visi dan misi perusahaan menjadi selaras dengan dukungan TI.
