Publication Ethics Statement

The Journal of IT Governance and Framework (JTK3TI) adheres to the highest standards of publication ethics and follows the principles established by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

1. Duties of Authors

  • Originality: Authors must ensure that their work is original and free from plagiarism.

  • Multiple Submission: The manuscript must not be under consideration or published elsewhere.

  • Authorship: All persons who made significant contributions must be listed as co-authors.

  • Acknowledgment: Sources of funding, institutional support, and contributions must be acknowledged.

  • Data Integrity: Authors should present accurate data and be willing to provide raw data for verification if requested.

  • Corrections: Authors are obliged to notify the editor if significant errors are discovered after publication.

2. Duties of Editors

  • Fairness: Editors evaluate manuscripts based on academic merit without discrimination.

  • Confidentiality: Editors must maintain the confidentiality of all submitted manuscripts.

  • Decision: Editors are responsible for deciding which articles are accepted or rejected based on peer review results.

  • Conflict of Interest: Editors must avoid situations of conflict of interest with authors, reviewers, or other parties.

3. Duties of Reviewers

  • Confidentiality: Manuscripts received for review must be treated as confidential documents.

  • Objectivity: Reviews should be conducted objectively and comments should be constructive.

  • Timeliness: Reviewers should complete their review within the agreed timeframe.

  • Conflict of Interest: Reviewers must disclose any potential conflict of interest and decline the review if necessary.

4. Duties of Publisher

  • Ethical Oversight: The publisher works with editors to handle cases of research misconduct, plagiarism, and disputes.

  • Access: The publisher ensures permanent availability of scholarly content through digital preservation.

  • Transparency: The publisher supports editorial independence and maintains transparency in the publication process.
