Kajian dokumentasi surat menuju arah paperless unikom
Abstract
Surat-menyurat merupakan kegiatan rutin yang selalu dilakukan. Dalam kegiatan surat-menyurat di Unikom masih didapatkan beberapa masalah dalam prosedur pembuatan dan pengiriman surat yang akan bersesuaian dengan penggunaan kertas yang berlebih, hal itu termasuk pemborosan dalam penggunaan kertas. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas maka dibutuhkannya suatu prosedur pembuatan dan pengiriman surat yang jelas yang mendukung penghematan penggunaan kertas menuju Unikom kearah paperless. Kajian mengenai prosedur pengelolaan surat dimana menghasilkan SOP surat menyurat yang berbasis paperless perlu didukung dengan pengembangan aplikasi paperless office sehingga efektivitas dalam pengelolaan surat menyurat bisa teruji dan terukur hasilnya.
