Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • The text adheres to the Visualita template and the link[s]on main body of manuscript is an active url[s].
  • The file submitted for review is no more than 60mb, including all embedded images
  • The chosen style (i.e., Harvard, APA) has been clearly indicated on the first page of the document.

Author Guidelines

Please note that there are no article processing charges (APCs) or any other submission charges for publication.

Visualita publish two (2) types of the articles, i.e. research result and academic writing/paper. The manuscript should be divided into two (2) parts, identity and body. Identity part, writen in first page, containg identity of the author (name, affiliation, email, address, etc) and second part, writen in second page to the end, containing the body of the manuscriprt. Copyright Notice

Authors who publish with Visualita agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors retain copyright and grant the journal right of first publication with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License.
  2. Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive public distribution and display of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.
  3. Authors wishing to include items (such as images or other media, or any creative works of others whether previously published or not) must contact the original copyright holder to obtain explicit permission to publish these items in Visualital. Writing permission should include: the title(s) of any copyrighted work, original place of publication if applicable, and an acknowledgement of having read Visualita copyright notice. Authors are responsible for obtaining this permission and keeping it in their own records for later verification.
