ASPEK TRANSPARANSI DALAM KUALITAS PELAYANAN LAYANAN MASYARAKAT DESA MELALUI MEDIA SOSIAL WHATSAPP

Abstract

The village community service information system through WhatsApp social media is a new breakthrough that aims to facilitate letter processing applications. With today's sophisticated technology, online-based village service applications are services that will help in terms of speed of village government services to the community. people no longer need to come village office or to the village office just to apply for a letter. The purpose of providing village community services WhatsApp social media is to support village government efforts in improving public services in an excellent and efficient society. The theory used in this study is the theory of service quality from Sinambela. There are six dimensions in service quality, namely: Transparency, Accountability, Conditional, Participatory, Equality of rights, and Balance of rights and obligations. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in this study through literature study, observation, interviews and documentation. The informant determination technique used by the researcher is a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the quality of village community services through Whatsapp social media at the Sumedang Regency Community and Village Empowerment Service in terms of transparency in terms of information disclosure and socialization was not optimal, related to the ease of procedures running quite optimally, and related to access, it was still not optimal. The dimension of accountability in terms of being responsible and in accordance with the law is quite good. The conditional dimension in terms of efficiency in the service is not running well and is related to the effectiveness of the service being less than optimal. The participatory dimension in terms of encouraging the role of the community is not good. The dimension of equal rights in terms of firmness is good. The dimension of equality of rights in terms of justice has been going well.
