KOMPETENSI DAN KINERJA KARYAWAN BANK BNI KCU BANDUNG

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kompetensi dan kinerja serta untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank BNI Kantor Cabang Utama Bandung. Tingkat kompetensi diukur berdasarkan indikator: kemampuan kognitif, kemampuan interpersonal, dan kemampuan individu. Kinerja karyawan diukur melalui indikator: beban kerja, pengetahuan terhadap pekerjaan, kualitas hasil kerja, dan kualitas pribadi. Metode penelitian menggunakan analisis deskriptif untuk mengetahui tingkat kompentensi dan kinerja dan analisis verifikatif untuk melihat seberapa besar pengaruh kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Analisis hubungan antar variabel menggunakan analisis regresi linier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.
