Abstract

The Directorate General of Customs and Excise provides a public service portal, namely the Customs-Excise Information System and Automation (CEISA) with the domain address https://portal.beacukai.go.id/. CEISA 4.0 is a development of the website-based CEISA system to carry out supervisory processes in customs and excise. Findings based on observations suggest problems with the web-based CEISA 4.0, where there are no efforts to carry out evaluations to determine the extent to which convenience and the purpose of its use can be achieved, especially at the Customs and Excise Service Office of Middle Customs Type A Purwakarta. The System Usability Scale (SUS) method was used considering that SUS is a valid usability tester even with a small sample size. The final result of the average SUS score was obtained with a value of 67.25 from a questionnaire collection of 30 respondents. This value interprets that the rating on the Acceptability Ranges is Marginal, Grade Scale is on a scale of D, and Adjective Ratings are in the Good category. The assessment stated that the use of website-based CEISA 4.0 was quite easy to use and required further development.
