Author Guidelines

  1. The article is an original work of the author and the team based on real research results have not and will not be published in any media.
  2. The article, free from plagiarism including self-plagiarism (Article was reviewed independently by the application of anti-plagiarism)
  3. The article contains research related to library and information science (see focus and scope).
  4. The article uses Bahasa Indonesia, consisting of 5.000-7.000 words, Times New Riman 12 pt., spacing 1.15, A4 paper (21cm x 29.7cm) using 3.5 cm for inside margin and 2 cm for the top, bottom, and outside margin.
  5. The title contains maximum 14 words, without abbreviations, 14pt. Times New Roman, Sentence case, Bold, center, space 1, without subtitles and punctuation.
  6. The names of all authors are written in complete without abbreviation, without a title, 12pt. Times New Roman, Capital Each Word, Bold, center, space 1
  7. The name of the institution of each author listed only the names of colleges or corporate institutions. Example: Program Studi Ilmu Komunikasi, Universitas Komputer Indonesia or PT. Telkom Indonesia.
  8. The affiliation address of all authors consisting of: Faculties/divisions/departments etc., address, city, postal code, country and email of each author 10pt. Times New Roman, Capital Each Word, center, space 1
  9. Abstract, made in essay form consists of introduction, purpose, method, conclusion, written in 1 (one) paragraph, 10pt Times New Roman, space 1, paragraph justify, 200-250 words, no numbering, created in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  10. Keywords consist of three to five relevant words/phrases separated with the semicolon.
  11. The manuscript consists of 5.000-7.000 words.
  12. Footnote usage is not allowed, authors should write it in body notes.
  13. Quotation of more than 3 lines should write in direct quotation style (1 spacing with margin indented).
  14. Every paragraph should use a tab / 7 beats, space 1.15, justify, 11,5pt Times New Roman.
  15. The manuscripts only consist of INTRODUCTION, METHODS, RESULTS AND DISCUSSION, CONCLUSIONS, REFERENCE.
  16. INTRODUCTION  should consist of:
    1. The introduction must contain (sortlyand consecutively) a general background and a literature review (state of the art) as the basic of the brand new research question, statements of the brand new scientific article, main research problems, and the hypothesis.
    2. background problem with supporting data must be attached, 
    3. the relevant theoretical foundation/concept.
  17. METHODS should consist of:
    1. the type of research, (each citation must be attached), 
    2. subject and object, 
    3. data collection techniques, 
    4. data analysis techniques, 
    5. the location and time of the research.
  18. RESULTS and DISCUSSION should contain:
    1. The results obtained from the research have to be supported by sufficient data. 
    2. Results should contain at least one table or one picture and maximum 6.
    3. The sources should write on the left bottom of the table.
    4. The title of the table placed above the table, sentence case, left margin, 10pt. and space 1.
    5. Tables created without a vertical line.
    6. Pictures could be graphics, diagrams, schematics, photos. The title, source, and picture should be grouping, so it will not rupture when the layout create.
    7. The title of the image should be placed below the image, sentence case, center margin, 10pt., space 1, and the source listed in the bottom of the image.
  19. CONCLUSION contains research findings. It should answer research goals and give applicative recommendations. Moreover, it must be written in a paragraph without numbering.
  20. REFERENCES
    1. Follows the American Psychological Association (APA) 6th Edition http://www.apastyle.org
    2. References consist of primary sources (scientific journals, research report or conference proceeding and the least number is 80% from all the references) that published in the last ten years. Each article should have at least ten references.
