Hierarki Kebutuhan Motivasi Tokoh Utama Anime Shigatsu Wa Kimi No Uso

Abstract
The research entitled Hierarchy of Needs for the Main Character Kousei Arima of anime Shigatsu Wa Kimi No Uso Study of Humanistic Psychology, aims to describe the hierarchy of needs Kousei Arima in achieving his real self. Data source of this research uses a dialogue that shows the hierarchy of needs Kousei Arima in the anime Shigatsu Wa Kimi No Uso. Theory used in this research is the theory hierarchy of needs proposed by Abraham Harold Maslow. Data collection method and technique used is listening method which is followed by note-taking technique. Furthermore, the research is presented with an informal method. The result of this research is the achievement of Kousei Arima in fulfilling his hierarchy of needs well and can achieve his real self.

Abstrak
Penelitian yang berjudul Hierarki Kebutuhan Tokoh Utama Kousei Arima pada Anime Shigatsu Wa Kimi No Uso Kajian Psikologi Humanistik ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hierarki kebutuhan Kousei Arima dalam mencapai real self nya. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data dari penelitian ini menggunakan dialog yang memperlihatkan hierarki kebutuhan Kousei Arima pada anime Shigatsu Wa Kimi No Uso. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori hierarki kebutuhan yang dikemukakan oleh Maslow (2018). Metode dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode simak yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan teknik catat. Selanjutnya, penelitian disajikan dengan metode informal. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pencapaian Kousei Arima dalam memenuhi hierarki kebutuhannya dengan baik dan dapat mencapai real self nya.
