Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis penggunaan perlokusi komisif dalam anime Tenki no Ko. Metode yang digunakan deskriftif kualitatf dengan teknik simak catat. Dari hasil enam data dialog yang dianalisis, penelitian ini menyoroti berbagai situasi di mana antar-lawan Hodaka menggunakan komunikasi komisif untuk mengekspresikan penolakan, niat, berjanji dan menawarkan. Melalui berbagai tindak tutur komisif ini, karakter-karakter mengkomunikasikan niat, penolakan, penawaran, dan janji serta menghasilkan efek atau dampak pada mitra tuturnya.
