For potential authors, we have closed the submission of manuscripts for publication in October 2022. Submissions that have been submitted will be processed for publication in April 2022.
If the prospective author has submitted the manuscript but the manuscript has not entered the review stage and is not interested in publishing in April 2023, we allow the author to withdraw the manuscript so that it can be published in another journal.
