Abstract
Berdasarkan fenomena, rumusan masalah, hipotesis dan hasil penelitian, maka
simpulan penelitian adalah penerapan penjaminan mutu mempengaruhi peningkatan
kualitas pengajaran. Masalah pada kualitas pengajaran yang belum optimal terjadi
karena penerapan penjaminan mutu belum optimal.
