This research discusses the application of a queuing system simulation model used in system improvement in banking. The simulation method is used to model the current state of the system with Arena software, by studying the real system and eliminating obstacles by using a predetermined improvement scenario. The real system is studied by analyzing input, output, control and mechanism and then making Activity Cycle Diagrams, Event Graphs and simulation algorithm. The data collected is in the form of arrival time and customer service time on the teller server, customer service and ATM machines which are part of the real banking system. System improvement is carried out by setting two scenarios, namely the reduction of the CS server and the addition of the ATM server. Based on the results of the output analysis, it is found that the actual model simulation is the selected simulation. This is because the actual model has become the best system for the banking system.
