The word gastronomy has the meaning of food or the study of culinary arts. Various efforts have been made by the Indonesian government to introduce Indonesian culture with dishes. However, these efforts are still in the form of seasonal activities and not for long-term sustainability. This essay tries to show the facts that the government has not explored deeply the potential of gastro diplomacy. To understand this phenomenon, the author uses the concept of gastro diplomacy and uses a qualitative-descriptive method. Using secondary data, namely the study of literature. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach in which the data for this study were collected by observation, interviews, and recording using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Informants in this study were determined using purposive technique. The results showed that the effectiveness of Population Services through the Sitepak website manage by Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bekasi Regency, the input criteria have not been effective, the production process criteria are constrained by incomplete socialization to the community and decision-making related to the clarity of time on the delivery of population documents. The sample used in this study was 100 students of SMPN 1 Pamanukan Subang Regency using a quantitative approach, stratified sampling technique. Analysis of this research data with linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that partially there is a significant influence between message content, channels, sources on the quality of learning of SMPN 1 Pamanukan students, while communication receivers and punctuality have no significant effect on learning quality of SMPN 1 Pamanukan students. simultaneously there is the influence of instructional communication on the quality of learning is 99.8% while the remaining 0.2% is explained by other reasons outside the model. In addition, there is a significant influence between teacher instructional communication hybrid learning model on teaching skills, student learning behavior, class climate, learning materials, learning media and learning Systems among students of SMPN 1 Pamanukan. The conclusion of this study, instructional communication has a positive role in implementing the hybrid learning model effectively. In ancient times war referred to armed conflict, but in the modern era it could include technological and industrial superiority. Even so today there are still armed conflicts in the world. In the modern international world, there are already rules set by international institutions to regulate the existence of war. International law provides that invasion of a sovereign state into another is only permitted to counter military aggression. However, in 2003 there was a war between the US-led coalition and the Iraqi government led by Saddam Hussein. The war was criticized by many parties because it was considered to violate international law and also raised questions about the UN's powerlessness in stopping a superpower. The informants experienced different culture shocks covering aspects of language style, food, weather, lifestyle and personal factors. The results obtained show that there are different ways from the informants to overcome the culture shock experienced, this includes acceptance of the new environment, adjustment and starting new habits. This study aims to add insight and find out what is experienced and how PMM students overcome it. This study used a descriptive qualitative research approach with data collection techniques conducted by interviewing seven PMM students from outside Java. This study draws the conclusion that there is a connection between the necessity of adapting communication and the problem of culture shock faced by the informants.
