PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN SEMEN DAN KAPUR TERHADAP STABILISASI TANAH MERAH DISTRIK MINDIPTANA KABUPATEN BOVEN DIGOEL

Abstract


Variasi yang digunakan adalah tanah merah + semen dengan variasi 11%, 13%, 15% dan tanah merah + kapur dengan variasi 11%, 13%, 15%. Pengujian yang dilakukan meliputi sifat fisik dan sifat mekanis tanah. Hasil Pengujian didapatkan kadar air tanah=23,34%, Berat jenis tanah=2,653%, batas cair (LL)=56,25%, batas plastis (PL)=24,13%, Indeks Plastisitas (PI)=32,12% dan pengujian Analisa saringan No.200 yaitu 48,78%. Menurut SNI 03-6797-2002 tanah ini termasuk dalam golongan A-7-6. Parameter kekuatan menggunakan pengujian CBR dan UCT dengan masa peram 7 hari. Berdasarkan pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap tanah dengan penambahan semen 11% didapatkan nilai CBR 34,8%, penambahan 13% semen nilai CBR sebesar 51,0% dan penambahan 15% semen nilai CBR sebesar 78,0%. Untuk nilai UCT pada penambahan semen 11% sebesar 7,6 kg/cm2, pada penambahan 13% semen nilai UCT sebesar 10,60 kg/cm2, kemudian pada penambahan 15% semen nilai UCT sebesar 17,13 kg/cm2. Untuk terhadap tanah dengan penambahan kapur padam 11% didapatkan nilai CBR 8,9%, pada penambahan 13% kapur padam nilai CBR sebesar 9,7% dan pada penambahan 15% kapur padam nilai CBR sebesar 8,3%. Untuk nilai UCT pada penambahan kapur padam 11% sebesar 6,3 kg/cm2, pada penambahan 13% kapur padam nilai UCT sebesar 9,1% kg/cm2, kemudian pada penambahan 15% kapur padam nilai UCT sebesar 8,4 kg/cm2. Dari masing-masing variasi bahan campuran dan porsentasenya disimpulkan bahwa belum memenuhi persyaratan untuk bahan stabilisasi tanah dengan nilai CBR sebesar 120% (target) dan Kuat Tekan Bebas (UCT) sebesar 24 Kg/cm2 (target) sesuai Persyaratan Spesifikasi Khusus Interim Tahun 2013 seksi 5.4 – Lapis Pondasi Semen Komposit Tanah (SKh-1.5.4).

 

The variations used are red + cement soil with variation 11%, 13%, 15% and red soil + lime with variation 11%, 13%, 15%. Tests performed include physical properties and mechanical properties of the soil. The result of the test is ground water content = 23,34%, soil type = 2,653%, liquid limit (LL) = 56,25%, plastic limit (PL) = 24,13%, Plasticity Index (PI) = 32,12 % and testing of filter analysis No.200 that is 48,78%. According to SNI 03-6797-2002 this land belongs to class A-7-6. Power parameters use CBR and UCT testing with 7 day bleak period. Based on testing conducted on soil with 11% cement added, CBR value was 34,8%, addition of 13% cement CBR value equal to 51,0% and addition of 15% cement CBR value equal to 78,0%. For the value of UCT in the addition of 11% cement of 7.6 kg / cm2, the addition of 13% semen UCT value of 10.60 kg / cm2, then on the addition of 15% semen UCT value of 17.13 kg / cm2. For the soil with the addition of lime-free 11% obtained CBR value of 8.9%, on the addition of 13% chalk out at CBR value of 9.7% and on the addition of 15% chalk out at CBR value of 8.3%. For the value of UCT on the addition of lime 11% at 6.3 kg / cm2, the addition of 13% lime black out the UCT value of 9.1% kg / cm2, then on the addition of 15% lime black out UCT value of 8.4 kg / cm2 . From each variation of mixed and pore materials it is concluded that it has not fulfilled the requirements for soil stabilization material with CBR value of 120% (target) and Strong Free Press (UCT) of 24 Kg / cm2 (target) in accordance with Specific Interim Year Specification Specification 2013 5.4 - Composite Soil Cement Base (SKh-1.5.4).
