Sistem Informasi Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat Berbasis Website Menggunakan Metode Weighted Average

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem informasi Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) berbasis website pada Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Belu sebagai pendukung evaluasi pelayanan publik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, sedangkan pengembangan sistem dilakukan dengan metode Waterfall. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 128 responden. Nilai IKM dihitung menggunakan metode weighted average berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri PAN-RB Nomor 14 Tahun 2017. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai IKM sebesar 85,83 dengan kategori mutu pelayanan Baik. Sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mengotomatisasi proses pengumpulan data, perhitungan IKM, dan penyajian laporan, sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi, akurasi, dan objektivitas dalam evaluasi pelayanan publik.
