Integrasi Sistem Informasi Layanan Outsourcing Tenaga Kerja melaluiPerancangan Enterprise Architecture Berbasis TOGAF ADM

Perusahaan penyedia layanan outsourcing tenaga kerja membutuhkan integrasi sistem informasi untuk mengelola proses bisnis lintas fungsi secara efektif dan menjamin pemenuhan Service Level Agreement (SLA). PT.Intellisys menghadapi permasalahan integrasi sistem dalam proses pemenuhan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang didukung oleh berbagai aplikasi internal dan platform eksternal yang masih berjalan secara terpisah, sehingga menimbulkan ketidakasinkronan data, keterlambatan proses, dan ketergantungan pada aktivitas manual. Perancangan Arsitektur Enterprise (AE) dilakukan pada PT.Intellisys untuk mendukung penyatuan sistem dan meningkatkan efisiensi proses bisnis dalam layanan outsourcing tenaga kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan pendekatan merancang AE berdasarkan TOGAF Architecture Development Method (ADM), yaitu melalui beberapa fase seperti Preliminary, Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Data Architecture, Application Architecture, dan Technology Architecture. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan arsitektur enterprise kondisi target (to-be) yang terintegrasi, mencakup proses bisnis, data, aplikasi, dan teknologi, yang diharapkan dapat mempercepat pengadaan sumber daya manusia, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, serta mendukung peningkatan kualitas layanan outsourcing secara berkelanjutan.
