Abstract

Pemutakhiran data kependudukan di Indonesia saat ini diatasi oleh Sistem Informasi Administrasi Kependudukan (SIAK). Sistem Informasi ini masih bersifat manual dan dilakukan berdasarkan kesadaran pribadi oleh masyarakat. Arsitktur ini bersifat multi kanal menggunakan beberapa jalur telekomunikasi, salah satunya adalah menggunakan aplikasi berbasis website. Dalam perancangan aplikasi berbasis website diperlukan perancangan user interface yang sesuai dengan karakteristik dan kebutuhan pengguna. Maka dari itu diperlukan beberapa gabungan dari pendekatan dalam perancangan user interface untuk aplikasi berbasis website. Pendekatan Mayhew dapat dikomplemen dengan pendekatan Shneiderman untuk merancang sebuah user interface yang tepat. Agar user interface yang dirancang sesuai dengan karakteristik pengguna, maka diperlukan langkah segmentasi berdasarkan faktor demografis dan psikografis. Untuk mengukur penerimaan pengguna terhadap user interface yang telah dirancang, maka digunakan pula sebuah alat ukur. Alat ukut ini disebut sebagai user acceptance measurement tool. Berdasarkan user acceptance measurement tool, maka pengguna memiliki rancangan user interface yang sudah sesuai dengan karakteristik mereka berdasarkan segmentasi demografis dan psikografis.
