STUDI KELAYAKAN DAN BUSINESS PLAN ALI BAKRI CAKE & DRINKS

Abstract


Kondisi persaingan bisnis sekarang ini semakin ketat. Berdasarkan kondisi tersebut, kita harus mampu berpikir kreatif, inovatif dan harus pandai dalam memanfaatkan peluang demi tercapainya tujuan perusahaan. Untuk Pemanfaatan peluang dalam pengembangan bisnis guna meningkatkan omzet, perusahaan perlu memilih dan menerapkan strategi bisnis yang tepat sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan, serta melakukan analisis kelayakan bisnis dan perencanaan bisnis agar memperoleh hasil sesuai dengan harapan. Untuk menentukan layak atau tidak pengembangan tersebut dapat dilihat dari berbagai aspek studi kelayakan. Setiap aspek akan
dianggap layak jika memiliki standar nilai tertentu. Aspek-aspek yang dinilai dalam studi
kelayakan bisnis meliputi aspek pasar, aspek teknik, aspek hukum, aspek manajemen dan aspek
keuangan. Selain itu untuk implementasi dapat diterapkan dengan pembuatan business plan
sebagai road map dalam menjalan bisnis. Berdasarkan hasil dari studi kelayakan dan business
plan pada Ali Bakri Cake & Drinks, dinilai layak dari semua aspek yang diuji. Dari segi aspek
pasar telah ditetapkan strategi pemasaran, selain itu konsep serta layout sesuai dengan aspek
teknik dan operasional toko. Selanjutnya dari aspek hukum, izin usaha lengkap seperti TDP,
SIUP dan surat rekomendasi dari tetangga dan rt. Dari aspek manajemen penerapan fungsi
organisasi POAC dan dari aspek finansial NPV sebesar Rp. 159.264.682, PI bernilai 3,75 serta
payback periode selama 1 tahun 2 bulan 11 hari.

ABSTRACT
Conditions of business competition nowadays is getting tight. Based on these
conditions, we should be able to think in a creative, innovative and must be clever in taking
advantage of opportunities to achieve the objectives of the company. To exploiting business
development opportunities in order to increase the turnover, company need to select and
implement the right business strategy in accordance with the conditions of the company, as well
as conducting feasibility analysis and business planning in order to obtain results in
accordance with expectations. To determine feasible or not such development can be viewed
from various aspects of the feasibility study. Every aspect will be considered eligible if it has a
certain value standards. Aspects that are assessed in the business feasibility study covering
market aspects, technical aspects, legal aspects, management aspects and financial aspects. In
addition, to the implementation can be applied to the making of a business plan as a road map
in running the business. Based on the results of the feasibility study and business plan on Ali
Bakri Cake & Drinks, judged worthy of all aspects tested. In terms of the market aspects has
established marketing strategy, in addition, to the concept and layout according to the aspect of
technique and operational of the store. Furthermore, from the legal aspects, such as business
license complete TDP , SIUP and a letter of recommendation from a neighbor and rt. From
management aspects the application of functions POAC and financial aspects of the NPV Rp.
