PUBLICATION FEE & FAST-TRACK SCHEME ANNOUNCEMENT

Dear Authors,

In accordance with the publication policy of Universitas Komputer Indonesia (UNIKOM), we would like to inform authors about the article publication fee policy applied to JAMIKA (Jurnal Manajemen Informatika) starting from the 2026 publication year.

1. Regular Publication Fee (Starting 2026)

For manuscripts that have been accepted through the regular review process and proceed to the production and publication stage, the following fee applies:

Article Publication Fee: IDR 1,000,000 (one million Indonesian Rupiah)

This fee is applied only after the manuscript is declared accepted and covers editorial processing, copyediting, layout, DOI registration, and publication costs.

2. Fast-Track Publication Scheme (Optional)

JAMIKA also provides an optional Fast-Track Publication Scheme for authors who require an accelerated review and publication process.

Under this scheme, accepted manuscripts will receive:

a. Priority handling in the peer-review process
b. Accelerated editorial decision
c. Expedited copyediting, layout, and publication stages
d. Fast-Track Publication Fee: IDR 2,000,000 (two million Indonesian Rupiah)

The fast-track fee applies only after acceptance and includes all costs covered in the regular publication process, with additional editorial resources allocated to ensure expedited handling.

Important Notes

a. The fast-track scheme is optional. Authors who choose not to use it will be processed through the regular publication track.
b. Manuscript acceptance is determined solely based on academic quality and peer-review results, regardless of the chosen publication track.
c. No fee is charged at the submission or review stages.
