The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of zero energy buildings in optimizing the use of environmentally friendly renewable energy resources. This research was conducted using descriptive analysis method through literature study from secondary data. The results of this study show that with the advancement of renewable technology, Net Zero Buildings can be achieved in the future, with one understanding and contribution made by everyone in understanding the responsibility to reduce energy consumption. This can be known by paying attention to the level of awareness and sense of responsibility of everyone in creating a sustainable environment.

The Factor of using Motorcycle for Work

The purpose of this study is to determine the transportation mode that is used by the respondent who resides in the central area of Bandung (Square Bandung) to analyze the relationship between vehicle ownership and driver's license ownership by the respondent to the modal choice to work, which is based on the characteristics of socio-demography and socio-economic respondents. This study used descriptive-quantitative analysis using SPSS. This study examines the relationship between vehicle ownership and the driver's license ownership with the use of modes of work, namely cars and motorcycles, which are analyzed by socio-demographic characteristics and socio-economic, and to analyze level of strength of the relationship of the variables analyzed studies, to know how strong the relationship between the variables of research with modal choice to work. The results of this research are the study variables (socio-demographic characteristics and socioeconomic) were analyzed with the use of modes to work show some differences between the use of cars and motorcycles as a mode to work.

Study and Review of Properties & Applications of Low Heat Cement

The purpose of this study was to study and analyze the properties and applications of low heat cement. This research method is a qualitative description, which is supported by secondary data collection from literature, journals and other references. The results of this study show that the application of the latest technology in creating and applying low heat cement resulted in an increase in cement strength for buildings within the Australian standard AS3972. This is because the low heat change is achieved by reducing the content of C_3 S and C_3. It is a compound that develops the maximum heat of hydration and increases C_2 S.

Development of Science and Technology Areas in Koi Fish Cultivation

The purpose of making this research in the area of science and technology aims to increase production yields and the quality of cultivation in order to improve the regional economy. To support the development of an area, the methods used are qualitative and quantitative methods to be used as material for analysis along with observations to directly review the area to be developed in Ciuyah Village, Kab. Sumedang. The results of the development of science and technology-based cultivation areas will involve the role of academics and government actors in accordance with the mandate of Permenristekdikti No. 25 of 2019 concerning Governance for the Implementation of Science and Technology Areas (KST). By involving the role of academics and government, it is hoped that it can accelerate the regional economy. In this case, the role of academics and government is needed to provide an innovation and supporting technology through assistance in it. Of course, with the role of academics and the government, it can affect the Development of Science and Technology-Based Cultivation Areas and improve the regional and regional economy.
